International Shipping
We offer international shipping world wide, if we experience any issues with sourcing a carrier we will notify you and if shipping is not possible, we will provide you with a refund. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sunnyo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order processing and fulfillment
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. You'll receive an email within this timeframe notifying you that your order is on it's way! Please note all orders all fulfilled by our international warehouses. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email that your order has been dispatched including your shipping details and tracking code.
Shipping time
The shipping time is typically estimated within 2 to 8 business days within Australia & New Zealand and 6 to 27 business day for all International orders, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We're pleased to provide this service free of charge from our international warehouse, which is why shipping may take longer.
*All shipping times exclude delays due to clearance/customs, peak seasons, remote delivery locations, and COVID-19.
For domestic orders, most deliveries will be made through Australia Post, and tracking information will be available on the Australia Post website. If an alternative courier is assigned for delivery, you'll receive this information via email.
